convenient location helpful staff clean room
the location near the Tower Bridge was convenient for sightseeing. the staff were helpful and responsive . i found the room clean and well-kept, a welcome sight after a long day.
i found the lack of readily available information about local attractions a bit frustrating. more detailed maps or brochures could enhance the guest experience.

I stayed for a few nights. the location was great (near the underground). I had to keep the curtains closed. workers had a direct view inside since there weren't any net curtains. i thought i was getting a very good experience after traveling by rail, but it fell short.

charmed by the experience
central location friendly staff
I appreciated the central location. It made sightseeing simple. the room was very clean and the breakfast included a good selection of items. the staff were friendly and helped with directions, though the wait for elevators could be long sometimes.
The room upgrade i received wasn't great. the furniture was old, and the bathroom wasn't properly maintained. i thought the price was too high for the outdated amenities. I expected better for the money paid.

i was charmed by the proximity to many attractions! the hotel offered convenient access to nearby restaurants. staff members were consistently helpful with directions and information. the view from my room was amazing. it included the bridge and river.
the gym equipment was a bit dated.
